Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Extend Developer with strong expertise in Workday Security Administration and Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing custom Workday applications, implementing security controls, and supporting enterprise-wide Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Configure and maintain Workday Security Frameworks, including domain security policies, business process security policies, and security groups.
• Develop and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Create custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Conduct security audits, access reviews, and compliance assessments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday application, integration, and security issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support Workday releases, testing activities, and production deployments.
• Ensure security governance, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance best practices.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of Workday technical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend Development.
• Expertise in: Workday Security Frameworks, Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies, Security Groups, Role-Based Security, User-Based Security, Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, or Financials modules.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Workday Extend Certification.
• Workday Security Certification.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and governance requirements
