Description

Design and develop custom Workday applications, implement security controls, and support enterprise-wide solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Configure and maintain Workday Security Frameworks, including domain security policies, business process security policies, and security groups.
• Develop and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Create custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Conduct security audits, access reviews, and compliance assessments while troubleshooting application and integration issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of Workday technical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend Development.
• Expertise in Workday Security Frameworks, Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies, Security Groups, Role-Based Security, User-Based Security, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, or Financials modules.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Extend and Security Certifications.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Agile/Scrum project experience.
