Description

You will own the Workday Finance configuration and support lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the Financial Data Model (FDM) configuration and Workday Core implementation.
• Configure Business Processes for Journals, Fixed Assets, and Allocations.
• Design and manage the period-close checklist to reduce close cycle time.
• Maintain the integration between Workday Core Fin and Adaptive Planning.
• Troubleshoot period-close errors, including unposted journals and accounting date mismatches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in finance systems implementation or support.
• Expertise in FDM and Workday Core.
• Experience configuring Bank Account Management and Settlement Rules.
• Ability to design Composite Reports for external financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Adaptive Planning integrations.
• Familiarity with managing withholding and sales tax adapter configurations.
• Skill in investigating and fixing failed bank statement reconciliations.
