Provide ongoing post-implementation support, optimization, and administration for Workday Financials and Payroll systems to ensure stability and maximize ROI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle system updates, break-fixes, and routine maintenance to ensure system stability.
• Enhance system configuration, implement new features, and streamline business processes.
• Manage user access, security re-configurations, and SOX audit support.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Manage functional configuration and release management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Workday Financials administration.
• Strong expertise in Workday Payroll systems.
• Proficiency in functional configuration and release management.
• Experience with security management and SOX compliance support.
• Ability to develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Background in Application Management Services (AMS).
• Any Graduate degree.
