Configure and support Workday Financials, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration and production support across Workday Financials.
• Troubleshoot defects and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Design and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions rather than short-term fixes.
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Contribute to platform enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of Workday financial processes.
• Expertise in Financial Accounting (highest priority), Expenses, and Business Assets.
• Experience with Banking & Settlement.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to balance production support with project-based work.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Accounting Center, Prism, or Orchestrations.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting and automation frameworks.
