Description

Lead Workday deployments and AMS production support across HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, migrate, test, and deploy Workday HCM and Compensation items.
• Manage medium to large projects through the full lifecycle, from initial scoping and discovery to testing and go-live.
• Provide recommendations and best practices for global compensation and advanced compensation functionality, including merit, bonus, and stocks.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members and lead offshore teams during projects and ongoing support.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• 3+ years of recent experience implementing and supporting HCM, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation functional areas.
• Proven ability to lead the full project lifecycle for acquisitions or phased implementations.
• Experience leading offshore teams during projects and ongoing support.
• Ability to manage client and stakeholder expectations through analytical and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to attend early morning and late evening calls to support global stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Skills

• Active HCM, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation certifications earned within the last 2 years.
