You will provide deep functional and technical expertise within the Workday HCM ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and implement integrations for Workday HCM.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring functional or technical problems.
• Identify system defects and coordinate permanent fixes with internal or Workday teams.
• Manage complex configuration across HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Finance.
• Support Workday Business Process design aligned with organizational needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM functional domain.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting integration failures and performance issues.
• Proven ability to review and troubleshoot Workday security models and domain permissions.
• Experience supporting custom reports, dashboards, and Prism data models.
• Knowledge of migration processes between different Workday Tenants.
• Familiarity with functional testing for semi-annual Workday releases.
