Description

·  Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination etc.

·  Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications,         and routing.

·  Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access. Experience with segment-           based and intersection security etc.

·  Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.

·  Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.

·  Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.

·   Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security
