Description

You will act as the domain expert for Workday and HR business processes, driving design, configuration, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Gather HR business requirements and provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs.
• Perform HR SaaS configurations and write detailed specifications for development, testing, and rollout.
• Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces.
• Align business needs with standard SaaS capabilities, addressing gaps through transformation or customization.
• Participate in change management and live support processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Workday configuration, implementation, and support experience.
• Deep expertise in at least 5 HCM modules, including Core, Absence Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance, or Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with Calculated Fields and Workday Studio integrations.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of both implementations and upgrades.
• Proven track record providing ongoing HCM SaaS support.
• Experience with Analytics and Payroll.
