Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day Workday production support and issue resolution
• Support Workday modules including Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation
• Perform data audits, data cleansing, and root cause analysis to maintain HR data quality
• Develop advanced reports and analytics to support business decisions
• Participate in UAT testing, enhancement implementations, and system upgrades
• Create HRIS documentation, SOPs, and user guides for new features
• Manage data integrations and vendor file validations
🎯 Required Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 7+ years of relevant experience
✔ 3+ years hands-on Workday configuration experience (Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Reporting, Advanced Comp)
✔ Experience with EIBs, mass data loads, and data corrections
✔ Strong experience with UAT testing, reporting, and production support
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• Workday Pro Certifications (Core HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, Benefits, Compensation)
• Experience with Phenom Candidate Sourcing & CRM
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
