Description

You will own Workday production support and configuration for Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation. You maintain data quality through audits and root cause analysis while developing advanced reports to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support and resolve system issues.
• Configure Workday modules including Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, and Advanced Compensation.
• Perform data audits, cleansing, and root cause analysis to ensure HR data integrity.
• Develop advanced reports and analytics to support strategic business decisions.
• Manage UAT testing, enhancement implementations, system upgrades, and data integrations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant HRIS experience with 3+ years hands-on Workday configuration.
• Deep expertise in Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
• Proficient with EIBs, mass data loads, and data corrections.
• Strong experience with UAT testing, reporting, and production support.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills for creating SOPs and user guides.
• Experience managing data integrations and vendor file validations.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Pro Certifications (Core HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, Benefits, Compensation).
• Experience with Phenom Candidate Sourcing & CRM.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
