Description

You will design, build, and maintain Workday integrations across Finance and HCM modules, including Workday Extend. You will lead integration efforts between Workday and SAP systems (FIORI, ECC, SRM, PO, BW, BOBJ). You own the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support. You participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule. You explore new Workday features and cloud technologies to improve best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Develop and maintain web services using REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs.
• Manage data conversions, system integrations, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across Finance and HCM modules.
• Support the development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of related experience in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and APIs.
• Experience with data conversions and system integrations.
• Experience with performance tuning and SAP systems (FIORI, ECC, SRM, PO, BW, BOBJ).
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
