Description

Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and SAP systems to ensure data accuracy and performance. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Support 24x7 on-call rotation for system reliability and issue resolution.
• Implement and manage web services (REST, SOAP) and APIs.
• Maintain system capabilities by staying current with Workday cloud features and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Strong experience with web services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Development experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex integration issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 support rotation environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Workday with SAP systems.
