Description

You will own the full integration lifecycle for Workday Finance and HR modules, including design, build, test, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy integration solutions using EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting domains.
• Maintain integrations with Financial Management systems and third-party service vendors.
• Document design specifications, test cases, and deployment artifacts.
• Perform peer reviews of integration code and provide production support for incidents.

Required Skills

• Workday Certification (Mandatory).
• 5+ years developing Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
• 5+ years creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday functional areas including Human Resources, Payroll, and Financials.
• Proficiency with document transformation tools including XSLT and XPath.
• Strong understanding of Workday security configurations and frameworks.
• Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
• Experience working in or leading Agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PECI.
• Experience with BIRT and Prism Analytics.
