Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Workday Financial solutions and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and govern Workday Financial and Accounting Center solutions.
• Integrate Workday with external systems including Salesforce, RevRec, and banking platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, technical decisions, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and scale frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, with 7+ years in Workday Financials/Accounting Center.
• Deep expertise in Workday frameworks: Business Processes, Security, Prism Analytics, Core Connectors, EIB, Studio, Workday Extend, Orchestrate, BIRT, and Document Transformation.
• Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Studio, ESB, API Management, CloudHub).
• Hands-on integration experience using APIs, REST, and SOAP with external platforms.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SOA patterns.
• Strong analytical skills for log analysis and troubleshooting using tools like Splunk.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
