Hello,

We’re looking for a dynamic Workday Learning professional who can confidently bridge business needs with smart system solutions.

Relevant Exp : 3+ Years

Mandatory Skills : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Workday implementation or support (preferably Learning).
• Minimum foundational knowledge of Workday HCM — e.g., understanding worker data, organizational structure, and security concepts.
• Strong functional understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) processes (e.g., content management, compliance training, learning assignments).
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional system configurations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Workday certification in Learning (not mandatory)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 days Preferred

Job location:  Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid)
