Description

Lead large-scale Workday HCM and Payroll replacement projects using established Workday methodology.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including support, development, and maintenance phases.
• Collaborate with Accenture to ensure implementation quality and project success.
• Track progress, scope, budget, risks, and decisions using established tracking tools.
• Maintain project records in ServiceNow and submit change requests to the Project Review Board.
• Coach the team on Workday best practices and report performance feedback to the Head of PMO.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Workday Certification is required.
• PMP certification is required.
• Deep experience in the full project management lifecycle within Workday environments.
• Practical understanding of Workday application support, development, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with HCM and Payroll implementation workflows.
• Experience using ServiceNow for project record management.
