Description

You will own complex testing cycles for Workday Financials or HCM systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual integration and user acceptance testing for complex technical environments.
• Validate Workday Financials (FIN) or Human Capital Management (HCM) system functionality.
• Utilize Postman or SoapUI to test and validate API integrations.
• Perform Boomi integration testing to ensure data flow accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall working experience in software testing.
• 3+ years of hands-on manual integration testing experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on manual user acceptance testing (UAT) experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on Workday FIN or HCM testing experience.
• Proficiency with Boomi testing tools and processes.
• Experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• Familiarity leveraging SQL, XML, and JSON for data validation during testing.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB-F certification.
• Experience with SmartBear Jira Zephyr.
