Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans for Workday implementations.
Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
Validate Workday HCM, Payroll, Security, Benefits, and Integrations.
Create and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca, Worksoft, or similar tools.
Perform test data preparation, validation, and reconciliation.
Track, manage, and report defects through closure.
Collaborate with business users during SIT and UAT cycles.
Validate Workday releases and production fixes.
Ensure test coverage for compliance, security, and business processes.
Prepare testing metrics, status reports, and quality dashboard
