Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, and Billing systems.
• Configure Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and finance settings to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Zuora with ERP systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, and Avalara.
• Connect Zuora with payment gateways like Stripe and Adyen, and banking partners such as JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Zuora configurations to ensure performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Zuora Billing and Subscription Management.
• Certified Zuora Administrator.
• Deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, and Billing implementations.
• Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, and Avalara.
• Experience working with payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen) and banks (JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America).
• Technical knowledge of Subscription Business Models and Consumption-Based Billing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with consulting partners.
