Description

Lead mobile quality assurance for Android, iOS, and web platforms, owning release pipelines and mentoring QA teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute holistic QA strategies and test plans for feature launches and rollouts.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of QA testers, including facilitating daily stand-ups.
• Partner with development teams to align on product updates and schedule testing cycles.
• Identify bugs, debug crash reports, and triage issues across diverse features and user scenarios.
• Track quality assurance metrics and provide progress reports on accomplishments to management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual mobile testing for Android and iOS.
• Proficiency with Android SDK, XCode, and ADB for log capture and analysis.
• Experience with APK installation and using Android flash stations for device flashing.
• Demonstrated expertise in bug documentation using tools like Jira.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
