Description

Lead technical development of Microsoft-based components within the BancPac solution, managing L3 support, UI design, and core banking integrations.

You will own the release pipeline, mentor junior developers, and ensure compliance updates meet functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage L3 support ticket changes, including enhancements and regulatory updates.
• Design and implement UI and integrations, including WCF services, to meet functional requirements.
• Develop, test, and maintain efficient solution code, integrating Microsoft components with core banking systems.
• Provide technical oversight for device integrations, third-party implementations, packaging, and releases.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Working knowledge of C and C++.
• Experience with Java.
• Background in WCF and Web Service implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with core banking systems such as Argo, Fusion, S1 Teller, Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE, TCS BaNCS, or Finacle.
