Description

You will lead development efforts for APIs and microservices using Node.js and Fastify.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in building and deploying APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with architects to create detailed technical designs aligned with project requirements.
• Oversee the integration of databases, external APIs, and workflows/ESBs, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Drive project outcomes by mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices.
• Utilize Jenkins and Codefresh to automate build and deployment via CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Lead/Senior Developer role.
• Expertise in Node.js and Fastify development.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with OpenShift and AWS cloud services.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins and Codefresh.
• Ability to build and maintain Swagger specifications for API documentation.
• Skilled in data modelling and mapping to ensure system data integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to debug complex systems independently.
