Lead manual and automated testing for a web-based disease surveillance system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing using Python and PyCharm.
• Validate data integrity across SQL Server backend and XML/XSL structures.
• Support maintenance and testing of the NBS web-based application.
• Verify data ingestion and ETL processes involving SAS and Rhapsody.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of IT experience.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation.
• Experience using PyCharm as a primary development environment.
• Strong SQL Server skills for backend validation.
• Hands-on experience with XML and XSL.
• Experience testing Java J2EE applications.
• Knowledge of JSP, Struts, and Cocoon technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing ETL processes using SAS.
• Familiarity with Rhapsody for data ingestion.
