Description

You will lead the development and implementation of 5G Core network nodes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement 5G Core modules including AMF and SMF.
• Conduct extensive testing using 5G simulators such as UERANSIM.
• Debug complex networking issues using GNU debugging toolbox and protocol analyzers.
• Communicate technical requirements and progress effectively to internal teams and customers.

Required Skills

• 5 to 15 years of professional software development experience in Telecom and Networking.
• Hands-on experience with 5G Core modules (AMF, SMF) and NFV-based EPC/5G core.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL), and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, ICMP, TCP, UDP, and SCTP.
• Experience with protocols: S1ap, NAS, SGSAP, Diameter, Radius, Gtpv1c, Gtpv2c, GTP-U, and NGAP.
• Knowledge of LTE interfaces (s1-mme, s6a, Sh, Sgs, gn, s5/s8, s1u, sgi) and 5G interfaces (N3, N4, N6, SBI).
• Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and OS concepts.
• Proficiency with networking tools: Wireshark, tshark, iPert, iptraf, and tcpdump.
• Degree in BE, BTech, ME, MTech, or MCA in Computer Science.
