Description

Lead the design and development of complex enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and WPF.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve WPF UI architecture, focusing on MVVM patterns, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs, integrating with MongoDB and other data stores.
• Influence architectural decisions across UI, services, and data layers.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across development initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced expertise in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Strong hands-on experience with WPF, including MVVM and desktop UI architecture.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience working with MongoDB, including schema design and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance software development productivity.
