Description

Lead testing efforts and manage a small team of 4-5 resources in an Agile environment. You will own the quality assurance process, from manual execution to automated frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and functional testing to ensure software quality across releases.
• Develop and maintain automation test suites using Selenium or similar tools.
• Execute API testing using Postman or equivalent tools to validate service endpoints.
• Manage testing workflows, defect tracking, and project timelines within Jira.
• Guide and manage a team of 4-5 engineers while coordinating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with both Manual and Functional testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Automation testing using Selenium or comparable frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills with practical experience in Oracle or other relational databases.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Jira or other test management and defect tracking tools.
• Practical experience working within Agile testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Ability to work US shifts (EST time zone).
