You will own the execution and strategy of end-to-end UX research.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead mixed-methods UX research initiatives.
• Develop research roadmaps, documentation, and repositories to scale insights.
• Define success metrics and perform statistical testing, including t-tests and regression.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops using service design principles to align stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of applied UX research experience with digital product A/B and multivariate testing.
• Expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and survey methodology.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data cleaning, modeling, and visualization.
• Experience with research platforms like Usertesting.com, dscout, or MUIQ.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
• Familiarity with personas, journey mapping, and service design.
