Description

You will provide frontline technical support to debug complex security issues within customer production networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network security issues in production environments.
• Replicate customer issues within a lab environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to test possible fixes for replicated issues.
• Create technical knowledge articles for team members.
• Handle problems of diverse scope across security protocols and features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting security protocols and features.
• Expertise in IPsec and SSL VPNs.
• Deep understanding of CA-certs and CA-chain.
• Experience troubleshooting SSL forward proxy.
• Proficiency in Authentication, Captive portal, AV, IPS, and Radius.
• Technical knowledge of ACLs, Web Proxy, and DNS Proxy.
• Experience with all aspects of Cloud security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, or SSE.
• Understanding of Routing and Switching, specifically OSPF and BGP.
