Description

Own the architecture and delivery of scalable backend systems for the AI Platform team, focusing on ML/LLM model deployment and production infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement highly scalable backend services and data pipelines to power Search & AI product features.
• Build and maintain ML/LLM platforms that manage the deployment and operation of multiple models in production at scale.
• Partner with AI researchers and product managers to integrate market intelligence features and accelerate new product launches.
• Design systems for long-term maintainability and extensibility, ensuring high-quality software standards across the platform.
• Deploy and manage services in single-tenant cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code technologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience designing complex, scalable applications.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role delivering large or mission-critical initiatives.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps/LLMOps, including building platforms for ML/LLM model management.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Crossplane).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
