Description

You will architect and build scalable backend systems and ML platforms to manage the deployment of ML/LLM models in production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable backend services for Search and AI products.
• Build platforms to accelerate the launch of new and improved AI-powered products.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and services that incorporate ML models to solve business problems.
• Lead the delivery of AI-powered products and serve as a domain expert for LLMOps.
• Deploy owned services to single-tenant cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience building complex, scalable applications.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical leader delivering mission-critical initiatives.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, specifically building or deploying ML/LLM platforms at scale.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of IaC technologies such as Terraform and Crossplane.
• Experience producing high-quality software designs for long-term maintainability.
• Strong skills in system design, debugging, and analytical problem-solving.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience partnering with AI researchers and product managers to deliver technical features.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and API development.
