Description

You will own the verification and validation of next-generation vehicle sensor systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sensor systems (lidar, camera, radar) V&V activities for new vehicle platforms and hardware changes.
• Design and execute test plans to verify sensing system requirements and validate system-level performance.
• Bring up test setups and tools, analyze test data, and communicate results in technical reports and updates.
• Write reusable sensor data analysis and test automation software using Python and/or C++.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and sensor hardware engineers to standardize V&V methodologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of work experience in sensor systems development and/or testing.
• Familiarity with camera, lidar, or radar sensor modalities.
• Experience with hands-on hardware debugging and testing.
• Proficiency in analyzing data using Python or other high-level languages (e.g., Matlab, C++).
• Experience in test automation, especially in production environments.
• Familiarity with perception, autonomous vehicles, or robotics.
• Experience with systems engineering V&V practices.
• Proficiency with SQL and Git.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a collaborative setting.
