Description

Own end-to-end SEO strategy, execution, and performance reporting for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content in collaboration with the content team.
• Diagnose and resolve site performance issues, including crawl errors, speed, indexing, and mobile optimization.
• Develop link-building campaigns via outreach, guest posting, and digital PR to increase domain authority.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategy adjustments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of SEO experience, preferably in IT services or digital technology.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including resolving server-related and on-site issues.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Working knowledge of HTML and WordPress, including technical setup, plugins, and architecture.
• Ability to drive lead generation through organic channels.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
