Description

You will lead search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic growth and manage large-scale SEO operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to manage monthly traffic of 10 million.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 SEO specialists and analysts.
• Oversee technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.
• Manage on-page optimization, keyword research, and link-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and IT teams to align SEO with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in SEO strategy development for large organizations.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with Google Search Console and advanced analytics tools.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and content optimization experience.
• Ability to manage budgets and stakeholder communications.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree or certification in SEO/SEM.
