Lead the SEO team to execute comprehensive search strategies that drive organic growth and manage site health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with SEO specialists, content writers, and link builders.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Perform regular SEO audits, monitor site health, and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and site speed problems.
• Collaborate with content, development, and UX teams to optimize website structure and user experience.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms, specifically WordPress.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
