Description

You will own organic and paid search strategies to drive customer acquisition and improve search engine rankings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build inbound organic search traffic and improve SERP positioning.
• Manage PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
• Integrate blogging, press releases, and social media strategies with SEO efforts.
• Monitor search engine algorithms and ranking factors to implement best practices.
• Create reports based on web analytics data and site evaluations to drive improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and SEM.
• Proven track record managing PPC campaigns.
• Expertise with Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, or WebTrends.
• Experience with bid management tools such as Click Equations or Kenshoo.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to analyze web analytics to drive site improvements.
