Description

You will manage internal auditing and project health monitoring to ensure compliance with organizational processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to identify project risks or gaps and maintain project health.
• Prepare and communicate audit reports to the Head of Quality.
• Review quality specifications and documentation to provide actionable feedback.
• Support project teams in understanding and adhering to organizational processes.
• Assist delivery teams with communication and deliverables across the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality or process compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC concepts.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Lean, and Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of code analysis tools.
