Description

You will manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, and endpoint security protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and license management.
• Manage Active Directory and ADFS, including user accounts, service accounts, group policies, and DNS zones.
• Execute patch management and antivirus updates for end-user devices to ensure compliance.
• Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis for incidents, and provide audit logs for internal teams.
• Troubleshoot authentication failures, access control issues, and mail flow problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in server administration and IT support.
• Active Directory Support and AD System Administration.
• Active Directory Services/ADFS Troubleshooting.
• Intune MDM & MAM Support.
• Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Group Policy Management (GPO).
• Patch and Antivirus management.
• DNS and IP address assignment troubleshooting.
• ITIL standard service process alignment.
