Description

You will provide L1 support for Windows Server environments, Active Directory services, and core infrastructure components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory tasks including user creation, deletion, and modification.
• Handle DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy configurations.
• Execute patch management and server patching processes using SCCM and SCOM.
• Perform server hardware troubleshooting and OS administration for Windows 2008/2012.
• Monitor systems and manage server backups.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of overall industry experience.
• 1-2 years of direct experience handling Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Windows 2008/2012 Server OS administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange 2016 and O365.
• Knowledge of SCCM, SCOM, and Patch Management tools.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Ability to perform L1 server hardware troubleshooting.
• Understanding of server backup procedures.

• Any Graduate degree.
