Description

You will manage and maintain server infrastructure across Windows, Mac OS, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and upgrade servers to improve performance and reliability.
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange, and O365 environments.
• Monitor server health, VM Horizon connections, and RDSH connectivity and storage.
• Execute daily Commvault backup reports and monitor application server backup jobs.
• Handle patch management via WSUS, ticket management, and OEM support.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in server administration.
• Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Management.
• Hands-on management of O365 and WSUS.
• Knowledge of Commvault backup monitoring.
• Ability to perform patch management and OEM support.
• Experience managing VM Horizon and RDSH connectivity.
• Familiarity with ESM and ticket management workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Troubleshooting Outlook, file/folder access, and server-side issues.
