Description

You will manage and maintain Microsoft cloud services, Active Directory, and endpoint security protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and license assignments.
  • Manage Active Directory and ADFS, including user account lifecycles, Group Policy (GPO), and DNS resolution.
  • Execute patch management and antivirus updates on end-user devices to ensure compliance and security.
  • Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis for incidents, and provide audit logs for internal reviews.
  • Troubleshoot authentication failures, mail flow issues, and access control lists.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in server administration or systems support.
  • Proficiency with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AD and Intune.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controller configuration, and GPO management.
  • Experience with patch management software and antivirus deployment.
  • Ability to manage DNS zones, IP address assignment, and AD Sync configuration.
  • Understanding of ITIL standards for service process documentation and change management.
  • Experience troubleshooting mail flow and security via third-party vendors like Mimecast.
  • Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
