You will manage and maintain Microsoft cloud services, Active Directory, and endpoint security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Administer Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and license assignments.
- Manage Active Directory and ADFS, including user account lifecycles, Group Policy (GPO), and DNS resolution.
- Execute patch management and antivirus updates on end-user devices to ensure compliance and security.
- Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis for incidents, and provide audit logs for internal reviews.
- Troubleshoot authentication failures, mail flow issues, and access control lists.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in server administration or systems support.
- Proficiency with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD and Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controller configuration, and GPO management.
- Experience with patch management software and antivirus deployment.
- Ability to manage DNS zones, IP address assignment, and AD Sync configuration.
- Understanding of ITIL standards for service process documentation and change management.
- Experience troubleshooting mail flow and security via third-party vendors like Mimecast.
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
