Description

You will manage and support enterprise-level server environments, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 services across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise applications, services, networks, and operating systems.
• Maintain Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Oversee Microsoft M365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
• Manage enterprise backup, recovery procedures, and system configuration management.
• Monitor system performance and manage endpoint delivery and virtualization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT operations or support.
• Hands-on management of Microsoft M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Windows PowerShell and Group Policy management.
• Experience managing Linux and Windows server and workstation operating systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise backup, recovery, and performance monitoring tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and managing virtual machine infrastructure and performance monitoring platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of shell scripting via Windows PowerShell ISE.
• Expertise in enterprise network administration (DHCP, DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP).
