Description

You will manage Windows server infrastructure and application support for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. You own security vulnerability remediation and incident response.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve security vulnerabilities and support security incident response.
  • Support servers in a VMware environment and troubleshoot Server OS issues.
  • Maintain Windows SQL clusters and support .NET IIS applications.
  • Conduct Nessus/Tenable security scan reviews and remediation.
  • Build and support automation tools and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • 4-5 years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
  • Proven history of resolving security vulnerabilities and supporting incident response.
  • Strong experience troubleshooting Windows Server OS issues.
  • Experience with Windows SQL clusters.
  • Ability to support .NET IIS applications.
  • Experience supporting servers in a VMware environment.
  • Proficiency with Nessus/Tenable security scanning tools.
  • Technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Project management or leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well with multiple teams to solve issues and advance projects.
