Description

You will manage server performance, infrastructure stability, and identity access management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot server performance issues including unexpected reboots, slow response times, and system hangs.
• Manage Active Directory schemas, users, groups, computer accounts, and replication across domains.
• Administer Group Policy creation and troubleshooting alongside file system and shared folder access.
• Handle incident requests, alerts, change requests, and P1 escalations, including availability for emergency issues outside standard hours.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors and managed service providers to resolve infrastructure issues and track deliveries.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in server administration and Windows OS support.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
• Active Directory (AD) management and Group Policy administration.
• IAM management and security matrix application.
• VMware virtualization experience.
• DNS functionality troubleshooting.
• Backup technology and management.
• SMTP relay and Radius server management.
• SQL Database functional knowledge.
• Performance analyzer and monitoring agent usage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing hardware vendor relations and service delivery.
