Description

Manage and maintain Microsoft online services, Active Directory, and server health to ensure secure and efficient operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and license assignments.
• Administer Active Directory, including Domain Controller configuration, Group Policy Management, and user account lifecycles.
• Execute antivirus and patch management to ensure all end-user devices maintain current definitions and Microsoft updates.
• Troubleshoot authentication failures, DNS resolution issues, and access control list discrepancies.
• Perform root cause analysis for repeat virus or patching incidents and document findings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Server Administration.
• Expertise in Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and Domain Controller configuration.
• Experience with Group Policy Object (GPO) creation and management.
• Strong knowledge of patch management and antivirus deployment workflows.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for technical incidents.
• Familiarity with ITIL standards and change management processes.
• Competency in managing DNS zones and IP address assignment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors for email security and mail flow.
• Knowledge of ADFS services and upgrades.
