What's the Job?

• Administer and support Active Directory (AD) File Services, including permissions, group policies, and directory structure management
• Manage and maintain Exchange mailboxes, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
• Perform server administration across Windows environments (installation, configuration, patching, and performance monitoring)
• Provide user administration support such as account creation, access management, and issue resolution
• Execute backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity and business continuity

What's Needed?

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory and Exchange environments
• Proven experience in backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes
• Knowledge of replication technologies and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell preferred)
