Description

You will maintain and operate the on-premises server infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows servers in an on-prem environment.
• Manage and optimize virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
• Perform server patching, hardening, and build-outs in coordination with the InfoSec team.
• Establish and maintain patching cycles for Windows infrastructure.
• Respond to and manage tasks via ServiceNow ticketing system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in server administration.
• Windows Server OS management.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory in an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Experience documenting procedures using Confluence and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with server operational readiness and performance tuning.
