Description

You will modernize Active Directory environments and integrate them with cloud identity platforms while managing DNS and DHCP infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Active Directory modernization, restructuring domains, and migrating objects to conform with best practices.
• Integrate AD with Entra ID and Okta to support hybrid and cloud identity management.
• Manage DNS zones, records, and DHCP configurations, including IP address management and failover setups.
• Develop and enforce AD security policies, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and compliance.
• Conduct AD audits, monitor performance, and troubleshoot complex issues related to AD, DNS, and DHCP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing and modernizing Active Directory environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and AD services.
• Proven experience integrating AD with Entra ID, Okta, or similar identity platforms.
• Strong background in DNS (including DNSSEC) and DHCP management in complex networks.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• In-depth understanding of Group Policy, Trusts, Replication, Sites, and Organizational Units (OUs).
• Knowledge of security protocols, Kerberos, LDAP, and AD Certificate Services (ADCS).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions like AWS IAM.
• Experience delivering technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
