Description

You will manage and maintain server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments including Hyper-V virtualization and failover clustering.
  • Manage core network services including Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PKI.
  • Administer storage infrastructure using Lenovo, IBM, and NetApp systems.
  • Deploy and maintain cloud services across GCP, MS Azure/AD, and Office 365.
  • Handle server-related tickets, incidents, and patch management for Windows systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while implementing monitoring and performance tools.

Required Skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in Windows server administration and support.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and failover clustering.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO).
  • Experience managing Microsoft Exchange (2010, 2013, 2016) both on-prem and in the cloud.
  • Competency with IBM/Lenovo hardware (x-Series, Flex System) and NetApp storage.
  • Ability to use PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Experience with Symantec Backup Exec and mail security tools like Office 365 or ProofPoint.
  • Knowledge of RDS, KMS, gMSA, and Sites and Services.
