Server Analyst

You will manage day-to-day operations within a Windows virtual server environment, focusing on VMware virtualized hosting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve server core infrastructure functionality according to existing procedures and guidelines.
• Perform problem diagnosis, technical troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Execute hardware and OS installations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Plan for software and hardware migrations and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in server operations.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualized hosting infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Windows virtual server support.
• Experience with OS installations and migrations.
• Ability to perform hardware and software upgrades.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
